Project Tracker may collect the following information to provide its services.

• Email address (optional): collected when linking an account for multi-device sync
• App usage data: project names, update history, improvement items, notes, and other content directly entered by the user
• Anonymous user identifier: a temporary ID automatically created when using the app without logging in (stored on the device)

2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

• To store and sync project data
• To provide data sharing across multiple devices
• To improve service quality

3. Third-Party Service (Firebase)

This app uses Google Firebase services.

• Firebase Authentication: user authentication (anonymous and email-based)
• Firebase Firestore: data storage and synchronization

4. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

• Email account users: until an account deletion request is made
• Anonymous users: local data is deleted when the app is deleted, and Firebase server data is automatically deleted after 90 days

5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

This app does not sell collected personal information or provide it to third parties. However, Firebase (Google) processes data as a service provider for app operation.

6. Account Deletion

Users with an email account can delete their account directly within the app at any time. To do so:

• Open the app and sign in with your email account
• Tap the "Delete Account" button shown in the account information bar at the top of the screen
• Confirm deletion in the dialog that appears

When an account is deleted, the following data is immediately and permanently removed from our servers:

• All projects, update history, improvement items, and memos associated with the account
• All app configuration and settings data
• The email address and authentication credentials linked to the account

This action is irreversible. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

If you are unable to access the app or encounter any issues with account deletion, please contact us at the email address in Section 10 and we will process your request promptly.

7. Other User Rights

In addition to account deletion, users may exercise the following rights at any time.

• Request access to stored personal data
• Withdraw consent for data processing

8. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for children under the age of 14 and does not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
